As of right now, I weigh 120. Obviously, my goals are a little different - I'm not here to lose any more weight. I wouldn't even mind gaining a few pounds eventually, but right now my major concerns are to (1) get exercising and STICK WITH IT, something I've NEVER been able to do, and (2) keep myself from getting back on the yo-yo cycle (where I get sick, lose a lot of weight, then regain about 50lbs once I feel better).

I got my OM Yoga in a Box yesterday, and today was my first day doing it. I got exhausted about halfway through the warm-up. I can't even believe how out of shape I am!! But I stuck it out, and I was proud of myself for not just spending the rest of the warm-up in child's pose, haha. I did realize that there was no way I was going to do the entire 70-minute workout, so I did what she suggested for an "ultra beginner" routine, and skipped right to the relaxation after the warm-up. All said, I did about 25 minutes of yoga, and I feel like a loser because I'm so out of shape, but I'm still kind of proud of myself for doing it. I feel like I moved. Pretty cool.

Yoga... I've heard wonderful things about it....but have never tried it. I'm proud of you for sticking it out.... it is such a great feeling huh!?!? Right on... just take it slow and add a little more each time.... and stick with it.... be sure to report it and let us know how your doing.
