With the Fleets, you should continue to drink clear fluids, usually they say 24 ounces, after you have taken the dose. This will help with the dehydration that occurs as a result of the prep. As for the citro-mag, they are really trying to clean you out, aren't they? Usually, the Fleets is enough. But, if this is your doctor's preference, you should go with it. I see no problem with moving the time backward to accomodate a sleep schedule. After you clean yourself out, nothing will accumulate while you sleep. Just to be sure, call your doctor in the morning.
