I didn't read the other replies yet, so I'm sorry if this is a repeat of what anyone else said, but I do this all the time with the chocolate-applesauce bread, which is actually almost exactly the same recipe (but with vanilla and spices instead of peppermint). I fill standard muffin tins about 3/4 full, and find it takes about 25 minutes to bake them. And they do freeze well, by the way. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
