Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards

So we talked about everyone's favorite luna bars, how about oatmeal flavors? Which ones do you like? Which ones do you hate? Which brand do you prefer? and how do you eat and make your oatmeal?

I will start. I start a teapot first thing out of bed and then let the cats out of the basement. Put 3 packets in a paper bowl and toast 2 slices of oatmeal bread. I throw some raisins in the bowl and pour in the hot water.
I used to like peaches and cream the best but of course stay away from it now. I like cinnamon and spice, maple brown sugar, cinnamon roll and raisin and spice the best in that order. I also eat banana bread and apples and cinnamon. I bought Kashi oatmeal too which is good but not quite sweet enough.
