Source: WEIGHT WATCHERS. I just made these (see pic below). They're very light, lemony cookies. I used fat-free soy milk and soy margarine, but I omitted the honey because I did not want the cookies to stick together. I do not have the nutritional info, but I calculated the amount of fat in each cookie and came up with a half teaspoon. WARNING: you will not be able to stop eating the batter!
