Homemade chicken burgers with McCain low fat french fries or baked potato wedges. Coarse grind a mixture of 50% chicken breast and 50% chicken thighs (thighs are dark meat but not a problem for me). Add a dash of salt and 1 tbsp bread crumbs per burger. BBQ or fry and server on toasted bun with low fat french fries or baked potato wedges. Some friends have switched from beef burgers to these chicken burgers because they liked them so much.

I just cut and peel regular poatoes in sticks and then toss them with a little oil and bake or put them in the brolier. YUM! You could also use turkey buger and make them on the grill.hth

Those french fries sound really yummy and easy. How long do you broil those for? And do you think instead of using oil you could spray them with the cooking spray? Thanks!

I use the spray to. It really isn't that much oil trust me. I would say about 15 -20 mins til they get crispie to your liking! Either that or bake them in the oven about 375 and turn them once or twice there great. hth

I oven bake the fries with judicious use, (small sprinkles of garlic powder, rosemary &/or oregano, salt.) I either use olive oil or walnut oil. Walnut oil is the most beneficial & safest oil I've found; see Dr. Neal Bernard's books: Eat For Life & Foods that Fight Pain.
