This is one of my favorite recipes:

6 chicken breasts, skinless
(you can brown it, if you wish, I don't)
Put into baking dish, season to taste

In sauce pan:

1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits, in own juice, also add juice
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. hot sauce, or cayenne pepper
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 chicken bouillion cube
1 green pepper, cut in 1" cubes

Cook in sauce pan for 2 minutes, then pour over chicken and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees, you can cover it if you want.

Serve over white rice.

Everything somehow always works out for the best.

Sounds very good. I'm gonna try this soon! It's very similar to a recipe that my mom makes.

I made this recipe it was very easy I put mine over rice and tasted really good. My husband really liked it. The kids on the other hand didn't care for it. I liked it especially the fruit and rice part. It makes a large amount. We had a ton left and there is 5 of us plus 1 extra brother in law.
Enjoy!
