Hi Lori -

Well, I was going to suggest doing a PM - Personal Message - but that function is disabled. I dont give out my personal email - so the best thing to do is to call 877-898-2539 and leave me a message and your phone number and the best time to get back to you - OR - just leave me your email address and I will send you an email and you can ask me that way. I am the only one who retrieves the above number (Mike has access too, but I screen all of them first) so no worries about confidentiality.

Hi Lori,

It was lovely speaking with you yesterday.

Mike says that the information I gave to you was "just right." You may begin the program again at the beginning whenever you feel you are ready to do so and to follow the suggestions I mentioned - there is real hope that you will progress further in all aspects, and to not give up. You have had IBS much longer than the time taken to listen to the program, and perseverence is the key - you can improve even inspite of your mindset, it just may take some time.

Mike has found that those who keep at it, do find their way to feeling better on many levels.

Thank you so much Marilyn. It helped so much to hear your explanation on the whole involuntary process! I will be starting the program again today and will do the things you suggested.

Thanks again - it's so good to be able to get support when you're stuck!
