"having to urinate a lot" isn't graphic! no worries! we've heard worse... much worse! i don't know about the fennel, but tea in general is a diuretic, isn't it? i just googled it up and found this: "Fennel Properties/Actions: Carminative, Anti-inflammatory, Stimulant, Antispasmodic." ("carminative" has to do with increasing gastric juicies. yuck.) doesn't say diuretic... but then the next 4 sites or so say "The tea is an effective and safe diuretic" or words to that effect. there ya go! guess it is...
