Has anyone else here had any problems with this enzyme, I take it with my meal like it recommends, and I am always in pain afterwards. I have taken it 3 times now and everytime I do, I am hurting within 30 minutes. I am taken it with good food, something I would not normally have a problem with! Anyone else with the same problems.....

I've been taking it for quite some time, and have never had a problem with it. You could try Beano instead...?

Two capsules of GasStop contain about 380 mg of digestive enzymes and 300 mg of ground fennel seed. The fennel seed is essentially 100% IF.

I had difficulties with many supplements containing multiple digestive enzymes and other ingredients. I found that some of them had a high IF content which gave me problems. Pure digestive enzymes such as the one found in Beano or lactase don't bother me.

Thank you for this information! Every time you go in a HFS they want to sell you the product with the most ingredients or the highest content of this or that. As a result, after trying digestive enzymes and having a horrible reaction - even my heart racing, I just quit trying them.
Your post gave me the explanation I needed. I'll try Beano now. My body just has to have things in it's most minute, simplest form.
Again, thanks, Syl!
