Just to let you know, luna bars contain both gluten and soy. Just trying to help. Do you do okay with luna bars?

Also, I called the Ekeziel makers and they told me that Ezekiel bread is definitely NOT gluten free. Maybe you are okay with gluten?

Just trying to help someone who has helped so many others!

Aww. Thanks, Jordy! Your my little food detective. Good to have you around!
Ok...so ezekiel bread is NOT gluten free. So, I'm alright with gluten, and wheat, but not yeast...or dairy. You said ezekiel bread is yeast free, right?
Yeah - I seem to be alright with a lot of soy products, but definitely NOT dairy.
Wierd, 'cuz ezekiel bread does not bother me at all, BUT if I eat couscous(which is wheat), I almost DIE with cramping!! What's that about?? Your my go-to food detective girl - help me, girlfriend!!
