Are elderberries fructose safe? I tried and like Mrs. Miller's (Amish) elderberry jelly. I can't find any fructose information on the internet about fructose content.

Most berries have less fructose than glucose and are safe. Elderberries are a sour berry which is a good sign that they have less fructose than glucose.
