Does anyone take anything like this. Today I was at the health food store and saw papaya enzyme. It said it aids in digestion after eating. But a lot of them were chewable tablets made with mannitol or sorbitol or other things that didn't seem so IBS safe.
Anyone have any personal experience?
Or would you just say to stick w/ my peppermint cap before eating and tea after eating?
I have to say, I think I'm doing rather well these days, just thought I'd research papaya a bit.
Thanks ya'll, amber

I took papaya enzymes for a while. They certainly didn't bother my IBS, but I also didn't notice any real improvement, so I decided stop wasting my money. I've heard others say they really help, though, so they might be worth a try for you!

I have to chime in here...
I completed my IBS-100 Audio Program, started taking GNC's chewable supplent, and started taking one digestive advantage IBS and one digestive advantage gas prevention basically all the same week. I have been 90 percent symptom free since. Only the GNC brand has helped me. They taste really good, too.
Have you checked into the hypnotherapy?
