Does anyone know how long Miralax stays good for? I have a bottle that was filled one year ago and I would like to try it again, but I don't know if it is still good. There is no expiration date on the bottle.

I called 2 pharmacies. One said to throw it out, the other said it was still okay? Today is my day for getting totally conflicting answers about everything!

thanks,,,,I couldn't find anything on the internet either.

I don't believe it goes bad at all!! I had accidently left half a bottle at my in-laws house about 2 years ago and they stuck it in the cupboard for me and I use it whenver I visit them even now! There isn't anything in there that can go bad!!

I just called Braintree Laboratories (the makers of MiraLax) #800-874-6756 and was told that the expiration date might be covered by the prescription label. If you lift the label you will see a logo for Braintree near the bottom and near that will be the Lot # that will start with a "D", just under that should be the expiration date.

Hope that helps!

I'll have to look at the bottle when I get home. I see where it says "expiration date" but it's just blank.

I'm glad the miralax has helped you! I would just be so miserable without it!!

We are almost 100% sure that my twins are identical which means they came from the same fertilized egg and will have the same dna. Therefor, they will both be the same sex!! I have a high definition ultrasound schedule for next Tuesday which should give us some more info but it'll still be too soon to tell the sexes!

How often do you take the Miralax? Are you still not taking any SFS? How do you keep yourself pooping?

I still cannot find an expiration date on this bottle. I may play it safe and not use it...but it is so dang expensive! Maybe you guys are right and it's okay.

And did you notice a lot of gas with it? Were you/are you more gassy with it?

Do you have an expiration date on one of your old bottles? Maybe it's the same as mine would be. Or are yours long gone by now?

I'm so happy for you, you must be so excited!! I just had my ultrasound done, I'm now 20 weeks, and it's a boy for sure! I'm taking 2 doses of Miralax per day now..are you getting more constipated at all?
