Eeek! Too embarrassed to post. Needless to say, my too-low-cal streak is over. Only one UFO (& a coupl of small beers) but LOTS of food.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Slept late again. I hope this trend keeps up as I am supremely sleep deprived, i.e. haven't slept deeply in years and have subsisted on catnaps.

--1/2 c. applesauce (x2)
--spaghetti squash, 2 cups ***yum, yum, did I say yum?***
--puree of asparagus
--2 carrots
--assorted mushrooms ***I won't tell you how many but I have a huge passion for fungi***
---puree of rainbow chard/spinach/arugula ***rainbow means a little red and a little green***

Still need more calories...quite likely applesauce!!! It just feels really good in my tummy, today. Perhaps another carrot? Some more spaghetti squash? Zucchini sticks? There's a part of me that's craving pureed peas! Yikes. Something, nevertheless.
