I just bought a five day fasting program called Ultimate Fasting Cleanse, is this okay for people with IBS?

No. Most people with IBS suffer incredibly if they don't keep something in their stomachs. Have you done a search? I bet others have asked about this.

Yeah, I wouldn't reccomend it. I have to do it 6 times a year for religous reasons, and it's tough already. Five days straight? Not a chance in heck.
