Money Back Guarantee Return Policy

We offer a very simple return policy and money-back guarantee.

If, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with anything purchased through this website, simply return it with the invoice for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Please return books and other media in good condition. For the IBS Audio Programs we do ask that once you open the program you use it as directed for the full 100 days (for the adult version) or full 60 days (for the child's version) before we can accept a return. If an audio program is unopened it may be returned at any time.

You are welcome to return just part of an order, such as one or two items from a kit. You do not have to return an order in full if you would like to keep some but not all of the products.

Please return the item with the purchase invoice. Please include a brief reason for the return so that we may continually improve our services and products. Returns will normally be processed one to two weeks after receipt. If you provided an email address with your order you will be emailed a refund confirmation.

Shipping Rates

All prices listed are in United States dollars

All orders can be shipped to any country in the world. Orders placed Monday - Friday before 9am PST will normally ship that day. Otherwise, orders will normally ship the next business day. Any special pre-sale shipping times will be noted on your order and email confirmation invoice.

US orders should normally be received 2-5 business days after shipping out; foreign orders normally arrive within 7-10 business days, unless they are held in Customs. For US dollar conversion rates to foreign currencies, please click here.

Exceptionally large orders may ship via FedEx Ground, which normally takes 2-7 business days. We will contact you if this applies to your order. There will be no additional charge for FedEx delivery.

Orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses cannot be replaced or refunded. Please check your shipping address carefully for accuracy. Your order will be sent via the US post office to the shipping address you provide, exactly as you provide it.
