If you have pain while doing yoga, you are in the wrong type of yoga. Try Hatha, that's what I do when I'm in bad shape and then I like Bikram when I'm strong.



hello everyone,
I too carry alot of stress in my gut, creating more troubles later on. Thank you for your tips and I am keen to try Hatha yoga soon. I have just been doing pilates for a few months to try and get more limber, then I want to try it out.

Do you think yoga can be good for weight loss too? Or is it just the "hot yoga" that will do that? Thanks.
