So, I'm coming down with a cold.... so instead of doing cardio (due to heavy chest) I took a yoga class at the new gym.... it was a little more advanced then what I'm used to... but I did everything I COULD I love this new gym... they even have all the props for the class to use!! I have my own mat & strap.... but it was nice to have a block for some of the poses!!
