Yoga DVD       11/28/06 10:05 AM Edit Reply Quote tomoko Reged: 04/20/04 Posts: 39 Hello, I haven't been here in a long time, but I am still struggling with IBS - only before my period. (Healther mentions the increase of prostagladin affecting the intestinal muscle walls as well as the uterine lining, and that I believe is my issue.) I read Heather saying that yoga took care of that "before the period" problem for her. I've been waiting for Heather's Yoga DVD to come out, but that is not out yet, is it? Can someone tell me what would be the best Yoga DVD for the IBS issues? I would like to get something yoga before Heather's DVD comes out. I don't know much about yoga and I don't know where to even start. It would be great if someone can tell me which Yoga DVD would be best suited for IBS sufferers. I am IBS-A.
