Yes? Most yoga is not cardio... to get the cardio, you need to get your heart rate up for an extended period of time. You can try some yoga postures before and after your cardio to stretch and to calm down. I'd try meditation too, at night before bed (try not to fall asleep doing it!!) and that would def help calm your mind and ease your stress.
