yoga & gas pains question       03/28/06 08:03 AM Edit Reply Quote Kiwii Reged: 09/27/05 Posts: 546 I'm curious, I did some yoga last night & a little afterwords, I statred getting these gas pains. I took Gas-x It didn' do too much. I walked around & releived some of it. I t was still there this morning, & I took another Gas-x, & have releived some more, but my question is: Can yoga cause gas? My friend said because of the streaches & breathing, it may cause gas, because your massaging your internal organs in a way they're not used to. Does this make sense?
