Coconut Water - Is It Safe? Hydration Suggestions?       06/03/10 02:10 PM Edit Reply Quote bellakel Reged: 06/03/10 Posts: 2 Hi guys... I'm new to the boards so hope this is the right spot to ask this question, but does anyone know if coconut water is safe? I know coconut milk is not, but I just moved to the desert and have been having a bear of a time staying hydrated. I need something like Gatorade minus all the high fructose corn syrup and coconut water was recommended, but just want to make sure it's safe for IBS...
