Yes Heather, it is frustrating, but totally my own fault. I did not tell her ahead of time, but after the fact. I thought I could just pick and choose what I ate, not giving a thought to her using chicken broth.
She apologized profusely, but I told her no sweat..this is a journey. And she would have used the veggie broth, had she known.
But I must say I enjoyed stuffing, applesauce, rolls, corn, cole slaw, mashed potatoes (she does not use dairy), and I was totally satisfied.
