1/2 package jumbo shells 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, chopped 8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 jar pasta sauce 1/4 Cup dried parsley 2 tsp. dried basil 2 tsp. olive oil 1 egg (I use egg beaters)
Saute mushrooms, garlic, parsley & basil in olive oil. Cool. Mix in chicken and egg. Stuff shells. Spread enough sauce just to cover the bottom of a 9x13 dish covered with cooking spray. Place shells in sauce and cover with remaining sauce. Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes.
