Cake Decorating Frosting       05/21/03 10:47 AM Edit Reply Quote tierny Reged: 05/19/03 Posts: 98 Loc: Iowa I make decorated cakes and need to find a good substitute for shortening/butter for my buttercream frosting I use on the cakes. I've read about Spectrum and Soy Garden on the boards here, but don't know anything about them. Do you think the taste would be very similar? And, where can you find them?
