Hello. After the a week of my diet and feeling like a million bucks, I decided to dive back into my cookbooks. I am going through finding ones that I think will be IBS friendly for me and I am really excited to bake again. Good thing since I start culinary at Seattle Central in the fall.

My question is to you: What are the main ingredients to watch out for? Besides dairy and whole wheat. Is fruit juice a no-no as well? Also how well does soy work when you substitute it for fat free milk? Is it really just trial and error?

I also wanted to let you know I am well excited for your new cookbooks to come out!! You can bet I will there straight away buying them.
