What's egg albumen?       07/06/04 11:21 PM Edit Reply Quote Vicam Reged: 02/24/04 Posts: 1955 Loc: Ontario, Canada Hey, Can someone tell me what egg albumen is? I've noticed it as one of the ingredients on the angel food cake I bought (Store made since I suck at baking). I assume it's just egg whites because the label says there is no fat in the cake, but I thought I'd check with you guys. Thanks, Kelly Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
