Spicy Glazed Carrots

I am on a recipe roll today

1 pkg (16oz) crinkle cut carrots
1/4 cup apricot preserves
2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ginger
dash of cayenne

Combine all the ingredients in a 2 qt pan. Cover and cook on medium for 12-17 minutes, stirring.

55 calories
1.9 g fat

I got this recipe from my sister and have not tried it yet but her family loves it.
