Skinny Shrimp

2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 cup water
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
Combine all ingredients, except the shrimp, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook for about 2 mintues, or until shrimp are opaque. Drain and serve warm with cocktail sauce.
