Hi Kree,

I usually use one sometimes two tablespoons of margerine for the whole loaf (depending on how much fat is in the entire meal - if there isn't much then I go ahead and use more for the breadcrumbs.)

I seem to be super triggered by fat so I keep any dinner under 10 grams for the entire meal.
