Corn Fritter Bread--Yum! for Bread Machines

Hi - Here's the recipe for Corn Fritter Bread. The corn gets pretty well disintegrated by the time it's done baking. I'm trying to figure out a way to use creamed corn pureed instead. But if you can tolerate corn, this bread's for you!
Corn Fritter Bread Large Loaf
1/3 c warm water 3 c white bread flour (I use Better For Bread) 1-1/2 tsp salt 1/4 c liquid butter buds 1/4 c honey 3/4 c can corn well drained 2 tbsp dried chives 1/4 c soy sour cream or soy yogurt 2 tsp fast rise yeast O R 2-1/2 tsp active dry yeast
regular and rapid bake cycles okay
I used the FFree sour cream--can't find soy sour cream yet. This loaf doesn't rise a whole lot. It's a stout, heavy, wonderful tasting bread.
