Potato Bread (Bread Machine)       04/28/04 10:51 AM Edit Reply Quote Kree Reged: 10/08/03 Posts: 3748 Loc: Northern NY Potato Bread (Bread Machine) (Makes one 1 1/2 lb loaf) I finally got a bread machine for Easter, and this is my favorite loaf I've made so far! Ingredients: 3/4 cup soy milk 1/2 cup water 2 Tablespoons canola oil 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 3 cups bread flour 1/2 cup instant potato flakes 1 Tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper (optional-i omit) 2 teaspoons active dry yeast 1. Add all ingredients to bread machine in order listed, or as recommended by your bread machine. 2. Select desired setting and press start. 3.
