SPICY STEAK FRIES Garlic or butter flavor cooking spray 2 lg russet potatoes, each cut lengthwise into 12 wednes (about 1.5 lbs) 2 tsp seasoning blend (such as Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic) 1/4 tsp salt Preheat oven to 400 Spray cooking spray on jelly-roll pan or cookie sheet. Place potato wedges on pan. Sprinkle w/seasoning. Toss gently to coat. Bake for 40 min or until tender. Sprinkle w/salt. Yield: 4 servings (serving size = 6 wedges) Enjoy!
