2 TSBP SOY SAUCE
1 1/2 TSP WASABI PASTE OR POWDER, DIVIDED,PLUS MORE TO TASTE
4 SALMON FILLETS(6 OZ EA.)WITH SKINS
1/4 CUP LOWFAT MAYO

PRPARE YOUR GRILL OR PREHEAT BROILER
IN A BOWL COMBINE SOY SAUCE,AND 1/2 TSP WASABI PASTE, MIX WELL. SPOON MIXTURE OVER SALMON. PLACE SALMON SKIN SIDE DOWN ON GRILL OVER MEDIUM HEAT OR BROLER PAN. GRILL ON COVERED GRILL OR BROIL 4 TO 5 INCHES FROM HEAT SOURCE 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL SALMON IS OPAQUE IN CENTER.

IN ANOTHER BOWL COMBINE MAYO,AND 1TSP WASABI PASTE, MIX WELL. ADD MORE TO TASTE IF DESIRED. PLACE COOKED SALMON ON PLATES AND TOP WITH MAYO MIXTURE. SERVES 4. ADD A SIDE OF JASMINE RICE AND ZUCCHINI/CARROT.
