Hi Angel, Thanks for sharing you brownie recipe with everyone. I'm going to give it a try ASAP. I am new to the site and just found out I have IBS a few weeks ago among other gastro problems. Am waiting for Heather's book to arrive so keep checking out the site so I can watch what I eat in the meantime. If you or anyone else has any suggestions for this newcomer I would really appreciate it. It's nice to have a support group where everyone knows what each other is going through. Again thanks, Pat
