3 Plain Bagels split and toasted 1 Tbsp mustard 1/3 cup low fat mayo 1/4 cup grated soy parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 green onions (optional)chopped
Spread bagels with mustard. Mix all other ingredients together, spread over the bagel to it's edges. Set oven to broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil bagels with tops about 5 inches from heat until topping is bubbly, about 1 minutes. Cut each bagel into 6 pieces. Makes 36 pieces. 30 Calories per piece.
