Chicken w/ mushroom gravy       03/16/04 07:09 AM Edit Reply Quote lovejoy_22 Reged: 02/21/03 Posts: 309 Loc: Henderson, NC Made this last night and it was sooooooo good. 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts 1 cup tofutti sour cream 1 cup plain soy milk 1 cup mushrooms 1/2 cup onions Mix sour last four ingredients together and pour over chicken breasts. Bake unconvered at 350 for 1 hour. Pour gravy over rice. Even my husband loved it.
