Hi Bev,
Just had 2 questions for you about this recipe. First, when you say the bananas need to be very ripe, what do you consider very ripe...blackening? black?
Second, I know it says to serve immediately, but will it keep for a bit in the fridge covered in Saran or something? Or if you don't eat it all right away is it pretty much toast?
