I know how you feel about finding absolutely NOTHING to eat at potlucks and how depressing that can be. I'm usually lucky if I can find a piece of plain meat and bread. People all piling up their plates and looking at mine with THAT LOOK. I never knew what to bring myself for the group as the things I eat are not party foods and non appetizing. Now that I've received Heather's book I can't wait to try some of them and bring not only something I can eat that is tasty but something others will like and maybe even ask me for my IBS safe recipe! . I just hope I can handle the soy as soy sauce and a few other soy products I've had "get me".
