LOOKING FOR a IBS safe Quiche recipe for Easter       03/02/04 09:24 AM Edit Reply Quote Shell Marr Reged: 08/04/03 Posts: 14959 Loc: Seattle, WA USA I'm looking for a Quiche recipe with either a rice, potato, or safe bisquick crust that someone has tried. Of course also IBS safe....
