1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. each pepper and oil 1/2 tsp. curry 1/3 c. finely chopped onion 1 can veggie broth In saucepan heat oil, saute onion til soft, about 3 min. Add remaining ingredients, heat through. Serve with sourdough bread, saltines, french bread, etc.
