Looked at that one when I got out of work last night. Still looks good to me... I'm going to try it. I was going to do an angel food cake for my birthday, but I'll try one of the tofu cheesecakes instead. I'll let you know how it turns out! If it's tolerable and tasty and even good for breakfast, I may have to pretend I never made it or I'll have it all the time and gain too much weight!!!!
