I'm looking for a recipe for some Afghani rice I had in a restaurant. It's a basmati rice with amazing seasonings (cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg. It's apparently similar to pillau (an Indian rice), which I've never had. I'm a good cook, but thought I'd check for a recipe before I attempt to concoct it myself! It'll save time.
