GROUND TURKEY ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZAS       02/15/04 10:01 AM Edit Reply Quote Shell Marr Reged: 08/04/03 Posts: 14959 Loc: Seattle, WA USA Made these Friday night!! GROUND TURKEY ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZAS (makes 8) Cook up 1/2 Lb ground turkey, added a little Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, & onion powder (just a few sprinkles of each) then put aside. Place 4 english muffins that have been split (total of 8 halves) onto a cookie sheet and put under the broiler just until they start to toast a little. Then add 1 Tbs mushroom spaghetti sauce (or whatever kind you like) onto each half. *note: we made 1/2 with and 1/2 without sauce.... we both liked the ones without better because the muffin did not get soggy. Then divide turkey among halves. Then add a few pinches each of soy mozzarella & soy cheddar cheese we used Veggie Shreds by Galaxy Foods Then we put them into the oven for 5 mins at 350. Then turned the broiler back on and cooked a few more minutes until the cheese was really melted.
