Chocolate "Purists" (you know who you are!)       01/24/04 07:32 PM Edit Reply Quote joanmarie Reged: 11/09/03 Posts: 667 Loc: iowa Easy Chocolate Tofu Pie from all recipes 1 pound silken tofu 1/2 cocoa powder 1 cup sugar 1 T vanilla 1/2t cidar vinegar prepared graham cracker pie shell (I use Heather's) Preheat oven to 375 Blend tofu in a blender until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend, then pour on the pie crust. Bake fro 25 minutes, then chill 1 hour. Very easy and really yummy! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
