That's okay! Let's see if I can answer all these...
1. I always use regular vegetable oil because I'm fine with that, but I know Heather always advocates using canola oil, so I think it would be fine with either. 2. I'm sure using 1/2 Egg Beaters and 1/2 egg whites would be fine since egg beaters are 99% egg whites anyway. 3. We leave ours uncovered, but put them in the microwave so the cat doesn't eat them. 4. Yep, we store ours in ziploc bags! Actually, we wrapped one in foil and then put it in a ziploc bag and froze it, and it tasted just as good when we defrosted it.
