Chocolate cake box mix recommendation       06/27/12 02:52 PM Edit Reply Quote CN Reged: 06/27/12 Posts: 1 I recently tried a box mix of "Sin-free Fat-free" Brownie mix that I put in a deeper dish and it came out more like a cake than a brownie. The box calls for non-fat yogurt, which I substituted for equal parts applesauce (the box recommendation) and it turned out fantastic! Quite tasty. I also found the website for the box, which I found at Big Lots for 2 bucks, but you can order it online with their other products: http://www.sofellafoods.com/products/classic-baking-mixes/sin-free-fat-free-brownie-mix-single-pack It uses good, non-processed cocoa instead of oil-heavy chocolate, and it tastes great. I've been snacking on it all week. I also tried this brand of banana bread and wasn't impressed - they use banana powder which is great if you don't have bananas on hand, I guess, but it didn't measure up to the real thing.
