Flax oil in sourdough bread       03/23/10 12:27 PM Edit Reply Quote Syl Reged: 03/13/05 Posts: 5499 Loc: SK, CANADA I have been experimenting with adding flax oil to the sourdough bread I make in a bread machine. I have been finding that the bread seems much drier even when I add flax oil with olive oil to the bread mixture.
