Super Simple Chicken Kebabs

For two people:

Cut two boneless, skinless chicken breasts into whatever size chunks you like for your shish-kebabs.

Marinate the chicken chunks in teriyaki sauce for at least two hours. I use Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce but whatever you like is fine.

Cut one green pepper into nice-sized pieces suitable for skewering.

Cut one onion (any color) into nice sized chunks suitable for skewering.

When ready to cook, load up the skewers, alternating green pepper, chicken, onion, chicken, green pepper, etc.

Grill until done. We grill this for about 15 minutes but it really depends on the size of your chunks.

I serve this with one of the "mati" rices: Tex, Bas, Jas, Kas.
